yastream.com lets users create a live stream, send video from a compatible hardware or software encoder over SRT, WHIP, RTMPS, or RTMP, and share a browser viewer link for low-latency review.
- Color accuracy: preserve the encoded picture; check signal range, player color management and a calibrated display.
- Low latency: tune encoder and playback settings for live conversations. Actual delay depends on the full path.
- Your tools: our Apple Silicon Resolve video-only beta plugin, native Premiere SRT, and compatible Blackmagic, Teradek and other encoders.
- International streaming: share an ingest with enabled playback regions through codec-preserving federation.
- Review together: browser viewer links, a shared laser pointer and aspect-ratio framelines.
- Private links: optional viewer passwords and separate encoder credentials. Secure ingest depends on the selected protocol.
Setup and protocol details
- Use SRT by default. WHIP is optional for encoders that support it.
- Recommended low-latency settings: H.264, CBR, B-frames 0, 1 second keyframe interval, and Opus audio for WHIP/WHEP playback.
- Viewers use a modern browser and the viewer URL; they do not need an encoder, an account, or special software.
